How do I order my candle?
Ordering online with us is quick and easy. Once you've chosen your preferred candle design, click 'Buy Now' and simply personalise it using our online order form, then submit your order and pay. Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email, including our banking and address details (for Direct Deposit/Money Order/Cheque payments). Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you do not receive our confirmation email within 2 days, it means we HAVE NOT received your order - in this case, please contact us immediately. Please check the order details and if there are any errors or changes, please email us immediately. We will also email you a proof of wording for your approval. Work on your candle won't commence until full payment has been received and cleared.
How do I pay?
Payment methods we accept are Paypal (note you do not need a Paypal account), Mastercard/Visa (through Paypal), Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order and Cheque.
When will I receive my candle?
Work on your candle order won't commence until payment has been received. Your candle order will be sent for you to receive it in time for your occasion. Once we have completed your candle order we will advise you. If you require your candle/s at an earlier date, please advise us when ordering.
I need my candle urgently. Can you deliver it at short notice?
We require a minimum of 14 days notice for all orders. However, we are happy to squeeze in urgent orders whenever possible. Please contact us to see whether we can accommodate you.
How much is postage?
$15.00 AUD for up to 3 candles - Parcel Post shipping (with tracking and signature on delivery) via Australia Post, Australia-wide. Postage charge may vary for large orders depending on your location (e.g. if you are outside a metropolitan area) - we will advise you upon ordering. For larger orders, please contact us.
How will my candle be packed?
We take every care in packing your candle to ensure you receive it in the exact condition as we send it. Your candle will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a lovely white organza bag, which will be protected with bubble wrap. Your package will be marked 'Fragile'. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by Australia Post/third parties during shipping.
